based in the United Kingdom.

When we say “Services,” we mean the Notu app and any associated products, whether delivered via mobile application, desktop, or other formats.

By using Notu, you agree to these terms. We may update these Terms of Service in the future, and by continuing to use Notu, you accept the latest version.

Account Terms

1. Responsibility: You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication if supported.

2. Appropriate Use: You may not use Notu for illegal purposes or violate our Use Restrictions policy.

3. Content Ownership: All content you save or upload is your responsibility.

4. Personal Accounts Only: Automated account creation or “bots” are not allowed.

Payment and Subscriptions

1. Free and Paid Plans: Notu offers free and paid subscription options. Free accounts do not require credit card details,
and we will never sell your data.

2. Billing Cycles: Paid subscriptions are billed immediately upon upgrade. Changes to your subscription (upgrades/downgrades)
take effect in the next billing cycle.

3. Taxes: All fees are exclusive of taxes unless explicitly stated.

4. Refund Policy: Refunds are processed according to our Fair Refund Policy.

Cancellation and Termination

1. Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your account directly in the app. Upon cancellation, your account and saved content will be inaccessible immediately.
Data will be permanently deleted from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 60 days.

2. Suspension or Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our policies.
Suspension means temporary inaccessibility, while termination deletes your account and content.

Modifications to Services or Prices

1. Service Changes: We may modify or discontinue parts of the service at any time, with or without notice.

2. Pricing Changes: Pricing may change in the future, and you’ll be notified at least 30 days in advance if these changes affect your plan.

Security and Privacy

1. “As Is” Basis: Notu is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for uptime and reliability,
we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

2. Data Protection: We prioritize your security with encryption and secure data storage. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

3. Third-Party Services: Notu uses third-party services for hosting, analytics, and payment processing.
These partners comply with strict privacy and security standards.

Content Ownership

1. Your Content: Content you save or upload remains yours. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your material.

2. Prohibited Content: You may not upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted material you do not own.

Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of Notu, including:

• Service interruptions.

• Loss of data or profits.

• Unauthorized access to your account.
